Valentine’s Day is tomorrow and for those of us in relationships, we get the opportunity to celebrate our love! Even if you’re single and ready to mingle, it could be fun to go out with some Valentine’s Day-themed makeup to mark the occasion. These three looks are ultra-simple and guaranteed to add that extra pop to your Valentine’s Day festivities whether you’re spending it with your boo or a night out with your girls.
Electric Pink Liner
This is a statement look definitely worth giving a shot on Valentine’s Day and super easy to achieve. I used a sharp angle brush and a Kylie Cosmetics liquid lipstick in shade “Say No More.” You could use any matte liquid lipstick in a hot pink shade to achieve this. Just dab your angled brush into the color and apply to your eyes just like you would with a black liner. I used a neutral light brown in my crease just to give a shadow effect, but I really wanted the liner to be the main focus. I finished it off with a little Stila sparkle in the inner corner of my eyes. I blended two peachy lipsticks together for a beautiful light shade so the eyes could stay the main focus. I finished the look with a pink undertoned highlighter and a soft mauve blush.

Mauve Out of My Way
This is a really romantic look that just about anyone can achieve. If you’re not someone who has a steady enough hand for eyeliner or you’re not great at shading, this is the perfect look for you. I used the shade “Lotus” from the Ace Beaute Scarlet Dusk Palette. Any muted pink with a bit of a purple undertone will work if you don’t have this palette. I generously applied the color to my lid and my crease as well as under my eye against my lash line. Using one color for a complete eyeshadow look has been sweeping the runways and red carpets. I curled my eyelashes and finished with some mascara. I kept my lips the same peachy nude as before.

Sound The Alarm
Completely revamp this classic makeup look by adding an accessory with a pop of color to match your lipstick! I did a very natural eye shadow base using the Morphe X Manny Mua Glam Palette and topped it with a jet black cat-eye. For my lipstick, I went for a bold red and made sure to use a matte shade. Hello, kiss-proof! Instead of a pink glow, I used a golden highlighter for this look from Becca Cosmetics. I added this cute hairband from VICI Dolls and the two reds matched perfectly. You can recreate this look with any hair accessory and any vibrant pink or red shade!
